Egg Curry Banane Ka Tarika:

Egg curry recipe: Sabse pahle Pyaaz, Adrak, aur Lahsun, mirch power, dhaniya powder, haldi powder ka Mixer mein Paste bana lijiye Uske baad ek Kadahi mein Vegitable Oil Garm kariye, usme garma masala ( Long, Kaali Mirch, Tezpaat) ko daliye, aadha minute baad hi usme kati pyaaz daliye, payz ko sunahra hone tak taliye, fir usme paste ko bhi daal dijiye aur use bhuniye, jab masala bhun jaye to usme tamatar kaat kar daal dijiye jab kate huwe tamatar naram ho jayein to usme 1 cup pani (Water) daal kar usme boiled Eggs ko bhi daal dijiye.

Aap chahein to Boiled Eggs ke do tukde bhi kar sakte hai yaa chahe to pura Anda (Egg) bhi rakh rakh sakte hai.
