Sweet Rice Ingredients/ Meethe chawal banane ke liye zaruri cheejein

1. Basmati Chawal 2 cup
2. Shakkar 2 cup
3. Ghee 4 Bade Chammach
4. Dry food Kismis-5, Ilaychi-5, Badaam-4, Kaajoo-6, pista-6, Kesar-1 chutki,
5. Zardai Rang  1-2 chutki
    Sweet Rice Banane Ka Tareeka:
    Sweet Rice Banane ke liye sabse pahle chawal ko 2 baar acche se dho lijiye. 30 minit ke liye inhe paani mein bhigne dein. Iske baad isme ek bhagone mein Chawal ko ubalne ke liye thoda paane paani dalein aur usme chawal daal dein. Saath hi usme Zardai Rang bhi Daal dein aur unhe ubalne dein. dhayan Rakhein ki chawal jyada nahi galna chahiye. chwal thoda khada rahana chahiye. Jab chwal ubal jaaye. Ek Lohe ki chalni ki madad se chwal ko chaan lijiye jisse extra paani nikal jaye. chawal ko chalni mein jhod dijiye jisse paani puri tarah nikal jaye.
    Ab ek kadahi ya bartan ko gas par rakhkar usme Ghee Daliye aur usme ilaychi ka bagar laga dijiye. usme thoda ek cup paani dalkar usme Shakkar ko bhi Daal dijye aur kate huye dry food ko bhi daal dijye jab shakkar ghul jaaye to usme chawal dal dijiye. thodi der chawal fry karne ke baad aap use gas par se utaar lijiye. aapke sweet rice bankar taiyaar hai.
